On a sunny, crisp, spring afternoon, 20 years ago, two young graduates walked across the stage in front of fellow students and parents.
On the surface, they were very similar. Both were well-rounded students, both had great personalities and both – as young soon to be professionals – were inspired and filled with ambition.
Recently, the two, now mid-career professionals, ran into each other at a local coffee shop in Austin, Texas.
They were still very alike. Both were married to loving partners and had beautiful children.
And, as it turns out, each was working for technology companies.
But, there were a few significant differences. One, was a relatively successful mid-level manager fighting damn hard for that next promotion – feeling over-worked - stressed, and finding it difficult to make time for a family vacation.
The other, well … they seem to have it all - a Vice President, rising star, luxurious house, relaxed, happy, and enjoying several family vacations throughout the year.
What’s Made the Difference in Their Careers and Lives?
Have you ever wondered, as I did, what causes this kind of difference in people’s lives? How can some people have it all?
A rising star. A Life. A Family. Vacations. Happiness. Is that really possible?
It’s not intelligence. It’s not talent. It wasn’t luck. It’s not that the Vice President worked harder than the Manager.
The difference rests in how each person views life and their career. Then, exactly what they do with that knowledge.
You’ve Been Waiting All Your Life for this Moment
Now is the time. If you’re in your late twenties, thirties, or forties, there probably couldn’t be a better time for you than right now. Not tomorrow. Not next month or year. Now.
Look at your life and career. What’s missing? What’s stressing you out? What “drains your energy” so to speak? I’m sure you want more out of your life and career.
I have no doubt that you want to be the Vice President. I have no doubt you want to “have it all.” Yes. It IS entirely possible.
Thousands of men and women are out there looking for the secret to success.
Only a select few uncover their secret. The secret is not mine. I don’t own it. The secret is inside you. And, I can help you find it.
An Executive Coaching Program Unlike Any Other
You see, my coaching program isn’t for everyone. In fact, I turn away potential clients.
I only work with clients that have a strong desire and motivation to transform their lives … ignite their career. They are ready to take control of their career and outperform the their peers and the market.
You’re not hiring me to simply listen to your dreams. Then, tell you how “nice” they sound and encourage you to pursue them.
Sure, I’ll do that. But, that’s too simple and really doesn’t provide you value. Instead, you’re hiring me to transform your life.
I’m not here to be your friend. I’m here to be your coach. Tell you the things nobody else will. Professionally call your bluff and hold you accountable as you turn dreams into reality.
Knowledge Is Only Power If Applied Properly
Right now, you’re probably thinking, “Great, but what the hell does that mean? How the hell does it work? What’s the secret?”
Well, I can’t tell you the secret. Not just yet. Plus, it wouldn’t help you even if I did. It’s a process and a journey we’d go on together.
And, it’s entirely customizable to you and your needs.
“Within months of working with Stewart, I have started a new job, negotiated an excellent salary, and feel excited for what my future holds. I would highly recommend Stewart for anyone looking for growth in their personal or professional lives.”

“I knew having a coach will help, but I wasn’t sure if it was the right time, the right person, or the right investment. After a few sessions with him, I realized how important having a coach is. I compare my experience with him to the experience that any athlete and his/her sports coach has. I want to constantly step-up my game, and Stewart has helped me make it happen.”

Now, its time to ask yourself … Would a new life, amazing career, and remarkable success be worth one hour of serious thought and conversation?
What Will You Do Next?
I have three slots available for new clients. So ask yourself, do you really want someone to hold you accountable? Do you really want someone to call your bluff. Do you really want to change your life? Or, is it “not the right time?” It’s your choice. I have no doubt you’ll make the right choice for you.
